I have practised yoga with Victoria for over 5 years. Unlike other yoga classes I've been to which are overly formal and formulaic, Victoria's classes are calm, relaxed and based upon each individual. Classes are highly personalised to her students, and Victoria seamlessly adapts movements to deal with students' health issues. Having struggled with back and shoulder issues, Victoria has thoughtfully and effectively sought to amend my weekly practice, to avoid movements which might aggravate those issues or cause pain and to protect my spine, whilst still enabling me to develop my core and retain flexibility. Beyond the physical benefits I've enjoyed, I am most definitely a calmer, more mindful being through yoga practice.

I started Yoga with Victoria 6 years ago and I absolutely love it, I now attend twice a week and really look forward to every class. Victoria always cares about each and everyone of her students and her passion for yoga shines through during the  practice, she adapts classes to accommodate any problems we may have and always includes variety within the hour. I have notice a change in myself and my body since starting yoga. I feel much more supple and have been able to achieve positions which I could not do years ago. It’s a fantastic way to cleanse the mind and to just focus on yourself for an hour, and a chance to escape from our busy lives.  I always feel energised and ready to start my day after my classes. I would definitely recommend Victoria Michaels she is an amazing lady and a fabulous teacher.

From my very first session of Restorative Yoga with Victoria I knew that this was the ideal way to begin my week. I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to my Monday morning class - Victoria is a superb yoga teacher (and a really lovely person), combining physical movements with breathing and meditation in a nurturing, knowledgable manner. After a class, my body feels stretched and released of tension and my mind feels tranquil and ready to take on the week ahead. The environment is calm and extremely well equipped.
